This apartment is let for a minimum stay of 7 nights. We do not have a set changeover day to allow guests maximum flexability in booking flights. Extra days are charged prorata. Sorry no pets. The prices listed below are all inclusive of bed linen, towels, electricity, cleaning and laundry. Linen and towels are changed weekly. We have an English speaking agent based in Santa Eularia who is on call for any information.

How to book . A 25% deposit secures the apartment for your holiday dates. Check availabilty from our Availability page. Contact us via Book Online page with your details and we will forward details of our Bank for you to effect a transfer. You can of course pay by cheque if you prefer.
Damage Deposit A £250 refundable damage deposit is required with your final payment.
Final Payment The balance is due six weeks before your arrival.Again you make this payment via our bank or by cheque. Upon receipt we will forward the keys and directions from Ibiza Airport. Your tenancy starts at 1300hrs on the day of your arrival.
